When you submit an audit request, we use the information you provide solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

Contact details, company information, and the operational or technology context you choose to share.

How it is used

To respond to your request, assess fit, and communicate about a potential engagement. Form delivery is handled by Resend.

Calculator assumptions

Automation Economics calculations are processed to return the requested analysis. Calculator assumptions are not saved to a database, included in server logs, or sent to analytics platforms. An anonymous signed cookie is used for basic request throttling.

Anonymous funnel measurement

We count six actions: hero CTA, audit CTA, form start, successful inquiry, calculator start, and calculator completion. Each event record contains only the action label, page path, time, and a random tab-scoped session ID. It excludes names, emails, companies, form text, calculator assumptions, query strings, and referrers. Browser Do Not Track prevents these events.

Retention and questions

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes. To request access or deletion, email hello@softwaresecond.com.
